1 yr 21wks: Cooling off! 10-25-2008

With this HOT weather, we thought it would be a great idea to go the Aquarium of the Pacific. The boys enjoy seeing the seal/sea lions in the indoor tanks, but their favorite part is the giant water squirting squid. Joining us were Carmen w/Bryant, Beth w/KK, Kim w/Ash, and Candice w/Fernando.

The neighbor gave us some pomagrants from his tree. The boys picked the tiny seeds carefully and popped them in their mouth! They ate them with seeds and all!

On Friday, after our baby class, Candice and Fernando joined us at the Mom's Club Halloween Party. I didn't want the boys to dirty their firefighter outfits, so at the spur of the moment while changing diapers, I grabed their sarapes. While Ed tired convincing me to accessories them, I went with my better judgement and didn't take the guitars (2 less things I'd need to worrry about). The boys looked truely Mexican!

On Saturday, Ed left work early and we headed to Cabrillo Beach for some sun and waves! Ed showed the boys how to construct sand castles.
