As their wabble walking becomes a more steady pace, the boys are exploring lots more terrain.
On Sunday after departing from Palm Springs, we were returning home when Ed spotted a pumpkin patch along the freeway. The boys entered the baby petting zoo with full force and tried dominating some of the goats! Max kept pointing at different goats and Eli kept chasing them down and pulling on their tails! Just before leaving, I decided to take pictures of them with pumpkins so that I can send out Harvest/Fall cards, but (at least) 30 pictures later...no luck. They kept running in seperate directions and wouldn't focus on the camera. We'll try again some other day...
We returned home and found Soledad keeping a watchful eye on our home. Actually, he makes the best molcajete salsas and is very helpful around the house, with the boys and our pets. We are very greatful he takes care of our home while we're away! And we love having him over and spending time with us! He is a very special family member to us!
During the week Bryant and Carmen came to visit us which is always a lot of fun. Especially since Bryant is more alert and responds to the boys laughter and movements. The boys really love Bryant and understand they need to be "gental" around him.
I walked the boys to the backyard so I could water our home grown pumpkins and watermelons. The boys eagerly went to Panfilo the Pony and stuck their hands through the fence to pet him! I love it that the boys are growing up around different types of animals and aren't scared of them!

The boys are getting so big. They are beautiful! It seems your family is as much on the go as we are. Actually, you probably beat us hands down. Obviously life with twins doesn't slow OUR families down. It may take a little more time and planning, but we are out there. More power to ya sister!
So much fun!!
