Around New Year's Time

Since Eli was so into Tri, I decided to get them more involved with our dogs. The boys took turns tossing Solo (the clifford-like dog) the ball. Lilo isn't much of a ball chaser, so she sat near the boys so they could pet her. She's such a pampered princess! With such nice warm weather, the boys really take advantage and get on the swing chairs. We went to grandma/pa's house on New Year's eve, Bryant and Tri were being dropped off by Carm and Phil. Since it was still early in the day, we went walking around the block and Eli was in charge of Tri. Max kept speeding up ahead of everyone. Whenever I'd catch up to him, he would go faster. The boys enjoy pulling up a stool and looking at all the trinkits hanging on the tree. More times than not, they pulled, threw and stomped on ornaments. Thank goodness the majority were plastic or wooden. On New Year's we got up semi early to catch the Rose Parade on TV and we cheered for the Downey Float and then had breakfast. By late afternoon, Carm and Phil had return to pick up Bryant and Tri.
