We took a cariage tour of the city. There were old cobble stone roads that puzzled in with asphalt streets. Giant victorian homes shouldered next to modern condos that shared the block with cathedral buildings and upscale franchise resturants. It's mixture of old world and new blended like a salad dressing, each piece of element with it's own flavor, yet some how coming together a creating a whole new taste. All our meals had formally dressed mariachis playing in the background. This city is beaming with liveliness, from it's food to it's own type of culture.
