Early this week Eli became greatly ill with a fever reaching close to 104! Ed and I took him to the ER 3 times. His fever came and went from one day to the next, which apparently to the doctors "is normal".
On Friday, the boys went to grandpa's home and hung out with Bryant there! Lina and Melisa took off to Texas (where Josh will meet up with them in about a week). On Saturday, I went to relax (I mean to "work"). Afterward I went to Ed's dad's home since he started a new venture in making Hawaiian Ice (more commonly know to rasa as "raspados". He makes all the syrups from scrach. My favorite was the tamarido, but this week it was knocked to second place my the supper delicious pecan nut (yes it's a raspado). I wasn't the only one who thought it was good, aparently it was his number one seller that weekend! While there savoring my new love for pecans, Ed's uncle arrived along with 2 of his children and their husbands and kids. Wow, it quickly became lively! Ed also arrived and just before everyone went there seperate ways, I snapped a picture of them.
