The Unexpected things in life! April 2010

The boys do such unexpected things, that I expect the unexpected. But sometimes I'm not even prepared for what happens. As we were leaving the boys' school, they began singing, "Birthday hat, birthday hat" and placed their shirts over their heads. Three months later, in June, every time their shirts get stuck on their foreheads, they take a moment to sing that song! Then, when we arrived home they surprised me by wanting to help wash the dishes. While I'm not a fan of running water during soaping, I can't help but be proud of my boys for wanting to do chores.
Since Carmen and I gave birth to wild random thinkers we quickly signed up to the CPR class that the mom's club was offering. A while back, Bryant are the salt packets that come with shoes. Luckily she called poison contol and everything was ok. Max likes the taste of pennies, and all the "time out" and scoldings can't stop him. So it's better to be safe than sorry with these toddlers.
Since tax season is over, I hadn't been going to the office. So one day I decided to surprise everyone by actually going to work. I arrived extra early and to my surprise, I had flowers greeting me at my desk (the arrangement actually took up two desk spaces). The flower arrangement was so huge, when we place it on the receptionist desk, the rose tips almost went from wall to wall! Thanks Ed!

We did infant saftey and cpr as well, when we were expecting johnny, I wonder if the la habra moms club would be interested in doing a class like that. I might suggest it to them, its a great idea!!

And beautiful flowers!

We really should get the kiddos together.
