Although the boys are no longer wearing pastel blue onesies and more teeth are sprouting, I would still see them as babies... until this week!
We spent most of this week hanging out with auntie Carmen. Grandpa Gerardo took care of the boys on Wednesday, so Carmen and Liz could hangout. We went window shopping and thought of ideas for auntie Monica's baby shower. Carmen and Monica are due about a month apart.
On Thursday, Eli took several steps without assistance. Max signs more complete phrases like "more food" or "more milk". Eli understands the signs and sometimes signs when he sees Max doing it. They also know other gestures like "give me 5!" and they high five you- or they put there hands on their cheeks and Eddie says "Oh no! No!" and the boys say "no" and shake their heads. They also dance alot more and groove to the beat of music.
Friday, we stop to check out Eddie's motorcycle at the shop. Eli was on my sholders and when I tried bringing him down to put him in the car, he grabbed onto the door and hung their like a little monkey! Max is able to climb on and off are bed with such ease, he wiggles his body belly side down, all the way to the edge and then dangles his legs until he feels the ground and then lets go of the sheets.
