Yay! A year has past and while some worries are gone (SIDs, Colic and teething) others are now emerging (climbing stairs, pulling hair, and MOLAR teething)! High Five me, we survived!
Monday, we went to Disneyland, Tuesday we barely made the last 5 minutes of our Downey baby class, I can't remember what happened Wednesday, Thursday was our last baby class and now we will be joining Ms. Dotty's class this fall. Friday, we shopped around for last minute party stuff. Saturday was the big day!
Liz's Accademy Award Speech: Thanks to Grandpa Gerardo who was the first to arrive and the last to leave the party. He helped build the canopies that gave us shade and set up the tables and chairs. Thank you so much, auntie Carmen & uncle Phil for arriving early and helping with everything! Michelle (my pastry crime partner) helped me cut the cakes. Auntie Lucy for all the food she made! Mono, thanks for taking lots of my babies, many of the pictures came out really cute. We thank everybody for bringing fun and joy to party (as well as gifts)! On Ed's side: Thank you to his parents Lupe, Lucia, Ruth and Pancho for bring food. His brother Cesar and cousin Miguel for getting the place together weeks before.
